Yes, you can book without a credit card by paying via bank transfer.
Once you have completed the four steps of the booking process, an online confirmation will appear with your booking number. Within a few minutes you will receive your booking confirmation with all the necessary booking details to the e-mail address you have provided.
A wrong e-mail is one of the most common reasons for not receiving a confirmation. Please check the correct spelling of your e-mail before finalizing the reservation. Also check your Spam folder. All HI Hotels Group hotels have their own car park and parking is subject to availability. If there is no space available in the hotel car park, our Reception staff will be happy to help you find a parking space near the hotel. Parking spaces at the Imperial Resort and Forum hotels are available at an additional cost, while at the Edelweiss and Bor hotels, as well as Imperial Heights Villas, they are free of charge.
Check-in at our hotels is from 2 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room of the hotel until you can check in If your room is clean and ready for check-in before 2pm, you will be checked in early. Unfortunately, early check-in booking is not possible.
The room is yours until 12:00 on the day of departure. If you would like a later departure, please contact Reception one day before your check-out. Please note our additional late check-out fee.
