We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and a short walk to Nessebyr. The food was good and the staff was very friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. We will gladly return again.

The imperial resort is a beautiful hotel clean and tidy with easy access to sunny beach strip the hotel staff and the hotel manager are great and will assist you with anything you require during your stay here we have spoken to the hotel manager a few times during our stay and hes always help us out with any problems we may have hes a really nice man, the cleaners at the hotel are very friendly and also do a very good job of cleaning your room daily we will surely be coming back again thank you imperial resort staff n

So before we all go on holiday we all look at reviews and before we came we saw a review about a towel scam and racism, read the review, all I can say is what a load of rubbish and theres always 2 sides to a story.THE HOTEL...entrance just takes your breath away and probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in.The cleaners are always sweeping up and cleaning from Morning till late. nLOBBY BAR....unlimited drinks all day till late but the man on here does not know how to smile but he is the only 1..nSPA...Warm pool and jacuzzi for you to use whenever, also you can book massages etc.nDOWNSTAIRS RESTAURANT...Spotless with avast variety of food hot and cold (something for everyone) They even have a child area with loads of kids food plus jars of baby food.If the food is not hot enough for you then stick it in the microwave.It does get busy in high season but the staff are always clearing away dishes and resetting the tables.Theres also unlimited beer pumps and red/white wine pumps with a drinks machine that has everything from fresh orange to waters and juices..nAs it was busy the Manager opened the restaurant upstairs.we went to this and it was lovely and had everything that you have on the ground floor but does not do fried eggs ect there..nROOMS...Fantastic big comfy bed with sheets or spare duvets in the wardrobe..Aircon is great..There is a few English TV channels including a music channel..The room is spotless with a lovely large shower.(could do with a few hooks in the shower to hang your scrunchy ect or put your gels on but not an issue..we were given clean towel probably 5 days out of the 7 and the bedding was changed once which is good as who changes there bedding everyday at home.Lovely balcony with table and chairs and a towel rack..Could not fault the room at all as plenty of storage..Only issue we had was that there was 2 small towels which 1 was used as a hand towel and the other to stand on when finished in the shower and 2 towels for drying yourself (1 each) they were not the biggest towels and could have done with a spare as when you wash long thick hair you need a towel for your hair.I did ask the cleaner but she did not understand me but was not a massive problem..If you like a cup of tea in the morning then you will have to bring a small travel kettle as we did..the fridge is a good size..We just used a few cups from restaurant for our room.nPOOL AREA....2 outside pools. very clean pools and they wash the beds down everymorning as they are wipeable but water gets in the seams so your towel can get wet.(we just put a bin liner over the seam).Not the comfiest of beds but plenty of them..nOUTSIDE EATING AREA...Fantastic area with loads of tables and chairs with places you can get unlimited ice-cream, hotfresh donuts and biscuits etc..nTheres a part that has unlimited pizzas, burgers,chips, veg,salad and fruit etc which they are always filling up.And an outside bar which the lovely guy Jordan who works so so hard all day everyday with a big smile.The cleaners again are always cleaning in this area all day and night..nENTERTAINMENT...The Staff work very hard and are lovely but the entertainment at night was not the best.nAL LA CARTE (FREE MEAL)..we had the Asian meal in the lovely very clean restaurant,lovely staff.Meal was delicious.nTHE STAFF...The Manager is such a lovely man who will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and he is all fpr his staff which is good.nANDREAS on reception is 1of the best and speaks good English.We had an issue on our 1st day with no water in our room due to a broken pipe when we told him he was so Apologetic and said they are fixing it as we speak a few hours later it was all sorted and when we got to our room a knock on the door with a plate full of fresh fruit saying sorry for the inconvenience. the day before we were leaving we asked Andreas about being out our room at 12 as we were not getting picked up till 6 and was there somewhere for us to shower he said leave it with me..He came back an hour later and said we can stay in our room till we are ready to leave amd This ment we could leave our cases in the room and stay by the pool the use the shower when ready.We also still had our bands on which ment we could still eat and drink...Treat everyone as you wish to be treated and you will be fine.nWe walked 3 x to sunny beach town via the beach taking our time which took us approx 40 mins..nBuses at the end across from the Hospital ..side of the Hospital bus will take you to Nessebar...nAcross from the hospital bus will take you to sunny beach town.nAll fares are just 2 lev..buses can get busy and also keep your bag close to you as we heard there are pick pockets.n

Still here but leaving today after a fabulous stay at Imperial resort Burgas, Bulgaria.nWe’ve had the BEST time and quite honestly are baffled by any of the negative reviews. We really couldn’t fault it. We can’t understand how our experience can differ so widely with the reviews we read before we came. We are well travelled and know a good hotel. I encourage everyone to come here. nnThe staff on the whole are friendly and will do anything to make your stay wonderful. Food is great, we especially enjoyed the upstairs restaurant. The al a carte restaurant was an extra bonus. we chose the Asian night. You can chose between that and Mediterranean cuisine. nnThe hotel is spotlessnRooms are cleaned daily, bedding changed a couple of times on our week long holiday., clean towels every day. nnLovely greetings from the cleaning staff who are always happy to say good morning.with a smile.nnThere was a burst pipe one day ( things happen) so we had no water for a few hours but this was sorted quickly We were kept up to date and offered a room to shower if it couldn’t be fixed.They did manage to fix it and we weren’t inconvenienced at all.nWe received a fruit platter later that day with an ‘apologies for the inconvenience’ note . That was really sweet of them.nnYes there were some children and it was a bit ‘lively’ around the children’s splash part of the pool. But that’s what kids do. We found a quieter spot in the other pool area. nnThe staff work tirelessly and keep the hotel running like a well oiled ship. nnWill we come back? YESnwill we recommend ?YESnnPlease don’t take offence if some staff come across as unfriendly, it’s the fact they don’t speak good English. The ones that do are are more than happy to have a little chatnnWe have spoken with the hotel manager a couple of times and he was a very happy to explain what had happened regarding a review we had read before we arrived. Came to Bulgaria solo and delighted with the choice of hotel I picked Imperial Resort a call above. Friendly staff food, premium drinks in lobby with great choice of spirits it was amazing and above all it was so clean. Couldnt rate it highly enough. Ill be definitely coming back next year.

A wonderful place for rest and entertainment, friendly staff, clean rooms, varied and delicious food! The view from the room is breathtaking. There is something interesting for everyone, you wont get bored. I recommend it and would visit again and again!

Great hotel rooms cleaned every day.nFood was Excellent nThe Barman outside was fantastic remembers everyone’s drink. Gave him a well deserved tip.nWe will definitely be returning next year.nIf you fancy a full English Breakfast the John smiths pub around the corner does a good one.

Best all inclusive experience ever! The hotel was beautiful and very well kept! The staff was so unbelievably kind! They remembered all the guests and their needs. The bartender outside was awesome and knew everyone’s drinks by heart. The food was DELICIOUS as well. Overall, a 10/10 experience and definitely will be coming back!

We had a fantastic vacation. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean with fresh towels. Food was delicious! I had such a nice stay at this resort! The bartender outside was the friendliest person ever and he was always so kind and attentive. All of the staff was very kind. The food was delicious in the restaurants and in the snack bar. There are so many things to do on the resort and it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back!

I recommend this hotel to each and every person who wants to experience their family dream holiday! Super attentive staff, especially the manager Dessie - super charming, friendly and attentive, everything we contacted her for, she always made sure to do it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Thought she was British before she told me that she’s from this region ? Also, also Dimiter and Stella were lovely, I just wish that the other manager, her name starts with S, but I cannot remember it, she was very moody and gloomy, maybe she can smile a little? The food is great, we adored the Greek dinner and the food at the alacarte. The drinks were good and we also appreciated that the barmen made all sorts of drinks. The rooms were kept clean, the hotel overall is spotless, although I was left with a negative impression by the chambermaids who were there at night, all of them, especially the one with the glasses, spent a good portion of their time at work scrolling on their phones. Looked like some phone obsessed teens when they are literally older than me. Doesn’t the Housekeeping manager see thar? The rules and policies of the hotel are all very reasonable and they were crucial to us having a great time there - the staff took the towels of the people who against the rules reserved sun beds with towels. The hotel offers a safety deposit box free of charge, obviously wonderful. There were no queues, things are moving fast there. The Wi-Fi is good. The animation team gives their hearts and souls for the guests. I would definitely come back, HI Hotels Imperial Resort!

Overall, we had a superb stay, the room was kept clean and the food was great. The cocktails were awesome, so was the bartender at the lobby bar. The receptionists, Dimiter was lovely and the reception’s manager Dessie was friendly, helpful, pretty much the perfect professional. They have three pools which is obviously well appreciated. The last day they even offered for us to stay for lunch, super nice people.

Our stay at HI Hotels Imperial Resort was absolutely wonderful. At the check-in and during all interactions, the receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Not all of them speak English fluently, in fact, some members of the management, especially the manager of the reception, have a hard time speaking English. On the other hand, Dessie, the Guest Relations Manager was absolutely brilliant, the star of the hotel, I hope the hotels owners know that they have won the lottery with her. While some of her colleagues do not speak English very well, she speaks bettter than some Brits! Also, Chris, at the reception, was so sweet Andrew too, Dimi was very charming and helpful. There was this sweet girl at the Lobby Bar, across the reception, Stanislava was great. The food was warm, delicious and there was a good variety. We really enjoyed the Greek and Arabic themed dinners. Our room was always super clean and the hotel, in general, was spotless. The coffee, unlike in most hotels, was astonishing! The location of the hotel itself is super nice, the beach is very close and they offer a discount for the beach package, as well. The animation team was also lovely, they elevated our spirit and made for an even better experience. Honestly, I cannot wait for the next summer to come, so that I can come back.

The hotel was lovely, so clean. Entertainment team were brilliant so friendly my kids loved them! Did fantastic shows to! Bar staff were great especially the one at outside bar that started at ten morning until midnight he was fantastic did my kids mocktails brought us drinks over, couldn’t done anymore for us he was brilliant defiently be coming back next year it was a lovely holiday just wish the water was bit warmer gutted didn’t go in pool the water to cold 🙁 nice weather but I wont hit enuf to need really cold water like I do in turkey lol

This is the best holiday I have ever had! We had such a great time, the hotel is super accommodating to families with children. The beach and the pools are great. They have multiple bars that offer good drinks, also the best Snack Bar I have ever seen! The food is fresh, warm and nutritious. They are many options, for vegetarians and vegans as well! Totally recommend!

Wonderful stay at Imperial Resort! I was there with my family and will absolutely return! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and modern. The beach was great, there was super organisation. The entertainment too was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot.

It was our first time visiting Bulgaria, and we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is new, and the food is excellent, especially on nights when different cuisines are served. The restaurant employees, @Chris the receptionist, and housekeeping on the 7th floor are all friendly and helpful. My stay at Imperial was extremely pleasant. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food, though certainly not of Micheline star quality, was quite delicious and varied. As a vegetarian I was left positively surprised by the amount of options for people with diatery constraints, which shows not only professionalism but also upmost consideration for the guests needs. The facilities were very clean and spaceous, though I was with a negative impression by the fact that the indoor sauna was not included within the all inclusive package and required an extra fee to use. nnOverall I am very content with my stay at the Imperial and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Best hotel on Sunny Beach. The experience was really good. The staff I very nice and good at the job. The beach next to the hotel is perfect. Its the perfect place for a vacation in the summer. Also the bartender is the best.

Very good hotel with very good food and the best barman. The entire hotel is always clean regardless of the number of visitors. The beach is two minutes away. The animators are very nice and polite. Im here for a second year and am very satisfied.

Pillows and bed hard for me . Fridge in the room very noisy. So unplugged. Honestly not needed, no kettle for a drink in the morning. Night club open on the weekend 11-5.30am very noisy earplugs required. Or ask for a room on the pool side. nA polish guest brought in prostitutes on a daily basis. Looked he had been on drugs walking around the hotel like a zombie.nFood and drink very good. No entertainment when the weather was bad . In between nessybar and sunny beach 2 levi to get to both places . Bus conductor calls out name of the place . No hassle from reps or from local shops owners .Good English-speaking staff. Dont wipe make up on towels staff get angry. Or leave door open if pop in for stuff. Showers great and the rooms pool very cold. nThe pool in the spar just a little warmer, than the out door pool.nGreat snack bars great . Barman next to the snacks very good very friendly remembers what people drink.nBeware leave you food on the table it will be gone in seconds seagulls are a pain . Beach 5 minute walk behind the hotel gate or walk round . Nice to walk to sunny bar 45 minutes.nnSigns near the sun loungers no reserving them. Staff will remove items left. The sign is in different languages .

This hotel is quite frankly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I do not understand the negative comments left for this hotel. nnStaff: fantastically helpful and great at their jobs. A special shout out to Jordan in the outside bar - tell him your drink once and it’s set in his memory for your duration. Cleaners, restaurant and chefs are all excellent at what they do. nnThe hotel is extremely clean, rooms sorted daily with really cute towel art. nnFood: even the pickiest water will find themselves with a full belly daily! The restaurant ALEXANDRIA is very well stocked with food, it is hot and fresh. The fresh fruit and salad assortment is also out of the park. nnOutside snack area - never known a snack bar be so varied and unlimited. Trust me when I say the hot fresh donuts are out of this world especially when you add some ice cream to the tray! nnThe kids splash park - could hear lots of delighted squealing from the children in it. The park is also safe and used by all ranges. nnI was staying whilst it wasn’t fully in swing however the entertainment staff work their socks off to include everyone. nnI travelled alone - I felt incredibly safe at this resort, there are taxis outside the hotel to take you to and from main strip of sunny beach or Nesebar. nnThe only thing I did not enjoy was the meal in the al a carte restaurant- for some reason the food is not great in this restaurant. nnI am already looking to book again for next year at this hotel a bit later in the season as the weather goes we’re not on my side with a 4/7 rain however, it wasn’t cold and the staff still ensured all outside areas were usable. nnTip: should it rain whilst you are there, they unlock the inner restaurant door to save walking outside. You can locate this by the inside toilets by the splash park. Or if in block 2 follow the restaurant sign as you come out the lift / stairs. nnI liked that the hotel was not in the main strip - there are still shops outside including supermarkets, change beureax and the usual nik name, t-shirts and bags etc. I met up with some other holiday makers during my stay who said that the Johns Smiths bar which is to the left and front of the hotel was good value and really enjoyable. nnThanks Imperial - see you next year!

Just spent 14 days at the Imperial Resort Hotel and … LOVED IT! I can’t understand why some people have given it negative reviews .. those people must be very hard to please! nnEverything was Excellent. When we arrived the staff at reception were extremely polite and helpful and they all could speak understandable English. The bedrooms are a good size with balcony, en suite shower room, television and refrigerator. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard and fresh towels left. The main restaurant offered splendid meals with a varied menu and a different food theme every evening … Greek, Italian, Mexican etc. The food was always tender and tasty. The Salad bar was super with a great selection of cold meats and cheeses. Every night there was a choice of 2 soups and we were spoiled for choice with the huge selection of home made desserts.nThe staff at the bars both at Reception and at the Poolside deserve a special mention. They worked hard to ensure we were served quickly and they were very helpful and pleasant.nnThe animation team worked hard to ensure that all the guests were entertained both during the day and in the evenings.nnWe have no hesitation in recommending the Imperial Resort as a fantastic place to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.nn

The area around the hotel was fairly quiet as things were closing for the end of season however there was still plenty going on in the other parts and this had no impact on our holiday. nnThe pool area was great although the outside pools were cold (nothing that could be done about this) my little one definitely made great use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. nThe bar men were brilliant working the longest days and always remembered our drinks, plenty of choice and branded items if you asked. nnThere was plenty of food choices with a fab snack bar available all day and freshly made pizzas during the day and in the evening. nThe only small complaint about the food was that it could of been warmer and the toaster on a morning needs to be a larger one/a hotel toaster. nnThe beach was lovely and just at the back of the hotel, gorgeous afternoon stroll once the sun had moved round from the pool area for those last rays of the day. nnWe had a fab time and would recommend it and will look to revisit again in the future.

We have just returned from 10 days at the imperial resort after reading a few reviews we were a bit apprehensive as we had are 3 year old with us, I’m never one too really bothered about bad reviews as you make your own mind up, all the bad reviews don’t make sense the hotel is in a great location a cheap short bus ride into sunny beach centre or 45min too hour walk, nessabr is 30min walk from the hotel, the rooms were spacious and got cleaned on a daily basis, food was a wide and varied selection everyday, if the hotel bought some more warmers as sometimes the food was a little on the tepid side the only negative for me, the bars serve great array of spirts ask if require branded the snack bars serve a good amount of sweet and savoury food, the pool areas are clean and tidy the outdoor pools are a bit chilly but fine when you get in, the indoor pool is warmer with jacuzzi’s pool, gym and spa (extra charge) would I recommend this hotel yes for sure if you want 5 star pay 5 star prices

Well what can I say, the day before we were due to fly out looked at the reviews and was horrified even rang my travel agent and asked him to change the hotel. He convinced me to not panic and go.nI am so glad he did this hotel was brilliant.nMy husband and I have just returned from a 7 day stay and loved every minute of it.nRoomsnWe had a deluxe room in the main building it was perfect maid service and clean towels everyday view was gorgeous.nFoodnWe ate at the snack bar, buffet restaurant and Al la carte it was all great my husband ate everything I was a little scared tbh because of the reviews. He is a great cook himself and said he couldn’t fault any of the food it was in fact some of the nicest hotel food he had tasted and we have been to a lot of hotels. It was cooked well and tasted great and he wasn’t ill at all.nThe snack bar was being cleaned all the time with maids sweeping up and wiping round. Same for the buffet restaurant we couldn’t fault it at all.nWe drank at all three bars again drinks we fine for AI even in the self serve drinks machines too.nPool.nYes there is a sun bed problem with people reserving them the hotel tried their best and removed the towels from all unoccupied beds that had towelsnon them before 9am. Let’s be honest I have yet to go to a hotel in the 6 week school holidays and not have to get up early to get a bed, unfortunately I work in a school so I don’t expect anything else. It’s the busiest time of year and the world and his wife go away.nDo I think the hotel was out of its depth not at all it was just busy as they always are at this time of year. nBeach nThe sun beds were chargeable 18BLV nFor 2 beds, umbrella and table.nThis is because the hotel doesn’t own the space on the beach it belongs to the government everybody rents a space on the beach which stretches for miles.nThat’s why they charge they are not ripping people off like it has been suggested in fact it was alot more expensive if you went to part of the beach with independent people charging for the beds.nStaff nEverybody works so hard they are friendly helpful polite respectful what more can I say. Maybe speak to people as you expect to be spoken too yourself then you will get a better response. nReception staff helpful and informative we had issues with our air con and it was sorted straight away. I had a spa treatment again very nice staff she definitely knew her stuff. Waiters and waitresses cheerful and chatty we spoke to them with respect and kindness some guest were so rude even to other guests food for thought.nBar tenders excellent the snack bar man knew what we ordered we went everyday and as soon as we were there he had them poured he even remembered that we had mochas at 5 o’clock before we went to the room.nFantastic service !!nAll in all we used everything the hotel had to offer we had a fantastic experience we would definitely recommend it and we would definitely go back.

I was not satisfied at all, the food was bad. The pool was small and the sun loungers were always full. I dont recommend at all.beds were not comfortable at all. The only good thing is that it is close to the center. and the terrace in the room

I was not satisfied at all, the food was bad. The pool was small and the sun loungers were always full. I dont recommend at all.beds were not comfortable at all. The only good thing is that it is close to the center. and the terrace in the room

From all the family holidays weve had this it the top hotel! The food is delicious and diverse, the desserts incredible, a thought given for both adults and kids. Rooms are cleaned daily. The animation team are great young people, who do their job with passion and love. Hotels location is near the beach and the town of Nessebur. The staff is very kind and attentive. There are entertaining shows for both children and grown-ups. The swimming pools are well maintained and clean. A special Thank you to the hotel manager Alexander who took care of us during the whole stay, making sure we had everything we needed. He is constantly inhouse and would always assist you with anything you may need. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and would visit again!

I recommend laVeranda, especially the calamari!!! The staff is really friendly and professional. My son loved the splash park and pizza and doughnuts. There were a lot of guests and many of them did not behave well but its not hotels fault.... There were not enough umbrellas but for us it was not a problem as we went to the adjacent beach. We will return for sure.

Even though this is not my first stay at Imperial Resort and I kind of knew what to expect, I have to praise the owner, the management and the entire team for their never ending efforts to improve the place, attention to the details and hospitality.nMy first stay a couple of years ago was a family trip and one of our best seaside vacations ever.nSo, the hotel was an obvious choice for another type of my travels this year, a couple of short (3-5 days) business trips. Even though the hotel is suited very well for families and nationalities of all kind, I have to admit that as a businessman I had no shortage of what I needed at any time. Very clean room and public areas, secured parking lot (paid at fair price), tasty and various food and drinks. I did not used the pools or interacted with the animation as it was not the purpose of my stay but noticed how well maintained the pools are and how smiley the entertainment teammates were. nMost important for me was to have a fast and stable Internet connection for which I cant complain and the location of the hotel allowing me easy trips for both on foot and by car. nTo wrap it up, very convenient and geared up hotel for either a family holiday or even for a business trip. nThank you team and most definitely see you again!

I stayed at the hotel for one week with my kids. All was very nice - accommodation, lovely personal, location, foods and beverages. Very clean. Covid-19 safety measures - disinfectants of every possible place was available. Parking places for cars.nEven for babies was available suitable food!n5 restaurants - 3 of them a la carte - Asian, Mediterranean and Irish Steak House.nPrivate beach near to the hotel for the guests. The beach is beautiful.nFrom the management was taken into account almost everything.nI will visit the hotel again. Definitely!

Just arrived home from another great holiday from hi imperial Resort in Bulgaria this is the second time we have visited for 14 nights and it did not disappoint the staff are friendly bar staff also was nice to see some of the staff of which we met 3 years ago, the animation team is brilliant food was great to, the rooms were clean, and always clean towel as and when you required them there is 2 restaurants in which you can eat in as well as the snack bar through the day which make the best pizza donughts and pancakes. beach is just 2 min walk from hotel and there is the small train which runs outside hotel which takes you to sunny Beach which is about a 30 min walk or old town nessebar which is about 20 min walk shops are located just outside hotel to would highly recommend this hotel for a family friendly holiday. uD83DuDE0D

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in June, the hotel is fantastic, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Expecially the bar staff! It is a well kept, well maintained hotel, the rooms are beautiful, the food is nice but a little repatative which is to be expected at buffet type all inclusives but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We also dined at the Al a carte restaurants within the hotel which was delicious. There are 2 good sized pools and a good sized kids pool with splash zone, the entertainment was good, could have been a bit more for the kids but we came at the start of season and could see it starting to pick up as we were leaving. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Staff & Great Value All Inclusive - Enthusiastic Entertainment Team, who genuinely seem to be enjoying their jobs. We took part in a few of their activities and really had fun, but thereu2019s no pressure if you just want to relax. The hotel caters well for families with young kids, with a mini splash zone next to the main pool along with swings and slides in a colourful park next to it. There is also a quieter pool away from the main one, if you wanted to get away from the splash zone, and the beach is also on your doorstep. The location was spot on for us, as we didnu2019t want Central Sunny Beach. Instead we were able to walk into Nessebar, which is beautiful and well worth a visit. Thereu2019s an abundance of restaurants and bars up there with lovely sea views. The hotel food was varied and enjoyable. There are 2 a la carte restaurants, and you can visit one for free if staying 7 nights (additional visits were reasonably priced). We tried the Asian one, which was very good. Portion sizes were bigger than expected, the waiters were really attentive, and it made a change from the buffet restaurant. The daytime snack bar meant we were always able to get food if weu2019d missed breakfast. Drinks from the bars are local brands, but there is plenty of choice and we enjoyed what we had. We had a Deluxe Room with a side sea view, in the main building. I recommend booking one of these as they have bigger balconies, and are really comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and work really hard. The whole hotel is spotless with cleaning staff working 24/7. Donu2019t hesitate booking this hotel.

Good morning. My husband and I have just returned from a lovely trip to the above resort. We arrived on the 10th of June 2022 and stayed for 2 weeks. From the minute we arrived we had a great experience. Lovely staff helped us to a beautiful and clean room with a fantastic view across the sea. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed daily. The reception staff, the animation team, and indeed all bar and dining room staff were excellent and added to a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. Their new restaurant opened during our stay and we had a lovely Asian menu there one evening. We wish them all the success with this new project. In the main dining room, and indeed the snack food court, the food was always good and we always got something to eat. In particular lamb, and meat was excellent. We have been in Bulgaria several times and stayed in more Central locations at Sunny beach but this was our first experience at u201CImperialu201D and we would recommend it to anyone and definitely will return there ourselves. Taxis, small trains, horse and carriages and public buses were all nearby to ensure that when we wanted to go anywhere it was easy to do so.
