This was my first visit to Bulgaria and chose the imperial Resort hotel. Looking at the pictures of the hotel and the low price paid for my 10 days all inclusive package, I was not expecting what I got. On arrival at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. And on checking in was again pleased by the pleasant staff and speed of heck in. Again the room was clean and of good quality. Even though my holiday was out of season the hotel was still busy and all facilities were open. Food was good and any questions were answered by the staff. The manager Alexander was also a great person who was full of advice and knowledge of the area. He was also always there to ask how your day had been and if you had any issues. I would recommend this for both families and solo travellers. Access to the popular sunnybeach and also the old town of Nessebar made it ideal for activities and also the history of the area. I will definitely be visiting again

We have very fond memories of our stay at the HI Hotels Imperial Resort. The hotel is located at the beginning of Sunny Beach, not far from Nessebar (a 25-minute walk), right by the sandy beach. This amazing hotel outshines all others. Fabulous staff, rooms, foods. Couldnt find any faults whatsoever. As a solo traveller sometimes feel a bit cautious when I stay somewhere I havent been to but the manager and staff were so friendly and attentive I have booked again for next year. Thank you everyone.

Just home from a fantastic stay.nAt first when we arrived our booking was not found but staff quickly sorted it out without fuss and got us our room.nWe stayed on the 3rd floor right by the lifts (which was great for grabbing a drink from the lobby bar).nThe room was very spacious and a lovely balcony the view wasnt great looking over the street and other hotels but no problem we wasnt there for the room views. The bed was 2 singles pushed together but we managed and they where very comfy, only gripe would be the 2 single duvets we kept getting lost and tangled in the night ??...nThe ensuite was great, clean and with a lovely shower and a comfy toilet seat ?.nThere was plenty of mirrors for us to do our hair at the same time.nThe aircon worked perfectly even though we didnt really need it all the time due to the cooler evenings of October.nThe staff where all friendly enough some didnt seem over happy but no probs for us just serve me a drink and Ill move on lol.nThe outdoor pool is unheated and very very cold. The indoor pool was slightly warmed so we used that one a few times.nThe food was great with themed nights and a great display outside the dinner hall. Not going to lie not all the food was to our taste but then you cant please all the people all the time can you? There is however plenty of food on all day and loads of choice around the hotel.nThere wasnt much in the way of entertainment but we knew that would be the case when we booked to stay a week earlier this was for us a last minute why not go somewhere for a week holiday and didnt disappoint.nThe beach is extremely close and great to visit.nOverall would I visit again .. no but the only reason is that we make a point of not going to the same place twice but I would recommend others to go there and experience what we did and make the most of it. Dont read too much into the bad reviews go there with your own expectations and this hotel may exceed them for you.nnI would like to thank all the staff for their hard work, especially the cleaners who never seemed to stop we didnt see any thing not cleaned immediately they work so hard. nnThanks for a fantastic week away

The room: lovely it felt clean & the beds were very comfortable. I actually looked at the tag on the pillow to see if I could buy one for my bed at home. nThe staff: Really welcoming & friendly. The reception queue gets quiet long sometimes & it would be better with more staff but we stayed in September so I’m sure there would be more ‘in season’. The cleaners are on the ball but be warned they will knock and enter within 0.5 seconds, get ready to shout if you don’t want them to enter ? nThe hotel: WOW! It’s huge but with 3 pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor) there is plenty of space & deckchairs. The indoor pool was my favourite once the sun had gone in, such a good way to unwind with its spa feeling. Spa reps are great at remembering you so if you have said no thank you they don’t hassle you again like other places. Entertainment team are great & put on a show every night for the kids (and adults who love it!) we also met the hotel manager and he was brilliant. Would be happy to make your stay great. nFood: All bookable restaurants were booked up but the food options were great & you always ended up with a plate full of random things - which i quiet enjoy nThe people: everyone we spoke to was lovely & we made a good bunch of holiday friends. The late night bar does get a bit loud but all just happy drunks. nLocation: perfect to stay away from the main strip but it’s 30Lev for a taxi to sunnybeach & they even have a little train before 10pm for 6lev which kids would love (and adults to be fair; people wave at you ?) nPerfect for a get away ☀️unfortunately I caught flu on the way out so I’d love to come back and really soak it up.

We really loved our stay, the rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. The beds very comfortable. We were in the Annex rooms but they were really lovely. The Hotel staff very friendly even though there was a language barrier. There was so much food and drink.

Brilliant hotel, staff were lovely, food was great tons of choice at every sitting. The homemade pizza is to die for, best Ive ever tasted. The snack bar is very well stocked with food the whole day and plenty of choice. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels, absolutely spotless would have no hesitation in recommending thos hotel

Lovely hotel. We stayed here the last week in September and loved it. The hotel was very clean and the food might not to be everyone’s liking but there was always plenty to chose from you would never go hungry! There was two buffet style’s restaurants with plenty of choices and one snack bar that served all sorts from pizza, chips, pasta, salad and fresh fruit etc. 3 bars so you didn’t have to wait too long for drinks. Private adults only sunbathing area just off the first floor and a short walk from the beach. Local pubs and shops but for 2 lev you can hop on the bus to flower street (bit more of a party area) or Nessebar which is a beautiful little town filled with shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will likely be returning!

Where to begin? nCheck in faultless arrived and checked in straight away as room was ready. The room itself was in the main building on 7th floor. The room was huge with large balcony and lucky to see beautiful sunsets every night. Room cleaned daily and spotless.nnFood was outstanding no 2 days were the same as they had themed nights Greek, Italian, Arabic etc. Breakfast was the same every day but lots to choose from full English, continental, toast, cereal fruit and yoghurt plenty for fussy eaters, although more toasters and coffee machine would be better. Fresh bread baked every day and the breadman (what we nicknamed him) was constantly working. The A La Cart meal is a defo, service was spot on. The outside snack area provides burgers, pizza, chips, salad, cakes and freshly cooked donuts and the violet icecream is to die for! something for everyone.nnFacilities on site are outstanding 2 outdoor pools, splash pool and park for kids, indoor pool and spar also a games room and the beach a 5 minute walk away. There was kids entertainment every night so if you have little ones they will love it. nnThere are bars inside and outside, Jordan who ran the outside bar is amazing how he remembers everyones drink is mind boggling! you order once and he remembers for the rest of the week. Jordan you do and absolute fantastic job.nnAlexander the hotel manager is a top bloke! nothing is too much trouble he really cares about his customers be it advice on where to go for days out to general advice on the area. I like the fact that the hotel employs people that have disabilities (see the ability not the disability).nnI would recommend using the local bus service to get to Nessebar and Sunny Beach as it only cost 2 lev (about £1) as the land train vmcost 6 Lev on way, also if using taxis agree on price before you get in the taxi!nnWould I recommend this hotel? Most definitely!nWould I return to this hotel? Most definitely!nOverall I would like to thank the staff at HI Hotels Imperial Resort for making my first visit to Bulgaria unforgettable

One of the best all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. Friendly staff, fantastic manager. Great food, a wide choice to select from. Very close to the beach (5 minute walk). Great for the children. Excellent indoor pool.

Great experience since we arrived, very warm welcome from the manager. Fantastic hotel for the families, playground by the children’s pool, easy to look at the kids when sun bathing. Beach just around the corner, lots of space to play on and walking distance to the nearest town. Really liked the idea of the table prepared for the babies with food jars etc. Also loved the idea of “midnight snack” from 11-12 at night (the hotels I’ve been before finished serving food after dinner around 9pm, so you could feel bit hungry till morning), here you could grab a plate of warm soup or a sandwich just before going to bed/partying till morning. We came as family of three and relaxed well. Our boy made friends, was well entertained by the staff and had lots of fun. Us adults enjoyed the various meals and drinks, walks and the atmosphere. Special thanks to the cleaning crew, always made sure our room was tidy, to the receptionists who answered all the questions we had, the management to solve whatever we came to them with, animators who knew how to entertain younger and older guests and to the rest of the great people that we met in Imperial Resort.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, room service was very good aswell and the food was top notch, we felt very secure and safe in the hotel and it was very very clean, the games room aswell very clean and very welcoming, the hotel taxi service is very helpful and caring towards all the customers

We stayed in the deluxe double bedroom and I would highly recommend this as it was spacious and comfortable, it was in the main part of the hotel on the 6th floor overlooking the pool beach and the strip of Sunny Beach. nThe food in the hotel was great having different themed nights every evening. All the 3 bars were accessible from every part of the hotel no matter what part you wanted to place yourself in. The snack bar was one of the best we have ever come across at an all inclusive hotel. nThe reception can be quite busy at times but if you’re patient enough to wait your turn you will be seen and helped by the staff. nThe rooms are cleaned every day by the staff and the outside area was never dirty as the staff were cleaning it right away when you finished. nAll in all we had a great time as a couple in our late 20’s and will be sure to return again.

We had a fantastic time. Good hotel - close to the beach, lots of food and drink & friendly staff… what more can you ask for!!nnWe stayed for 10 days and it was perfect - a little walk out from Nessebar so lots to keep us occupied!

Excellent hotel with a great choice of bars and restaurants and two swimming pools with a choice of a quieter atmosphere if that’s what you want. Situated within walking distance of of Nesebar and Sunny Beach if you like a walk or short taxi ride.

13 of us had a ball in Bulgaria! ??nn✈️ We arrived at 1pm on the 18th September 2023 we were greeted by friendly staff check in was easy and we got helped with our bags to the room, the rooms are an ok size for what you need and cleaned each day??, there are 3 pools on the hotel one being a warmer pool indoors (the male spa worker is very grumpy so beware!?) there is the main pool next with the kids slash park attached and also the pool through the side door which is the best pool as you get the sun morning till night? (only downside is the pools are ?) plus at each pool you have a bar (best drinks are from the lobby bar??) the selection in restaurant for breakfast was good plenty choices for everyone (pancakes were the best Iv ever had!?) food thought-out the day at the snack bar was kept covered and fresh but also the main restaurant was open if you wanted to go it here, evening meals were themed each night (Arabic, Greek, Bulgarian, Italian, gala night ect) each night a selection of different foods again with plenty choice to try which was really nice if you’ve never had the chance to try before?? there is also day and night time entertainment with “sticky” and the rest of the gang, my little girl loved the kids disco with lots of songs and dance moves to learn ??the beach is a short easy 5 minute walk from the hotel along there wooden slats the beach is clean and a nice day out you can get a beach package for the stay of your holiday at the lobby also hire beach towels which you get your money back when you return clean towels ?️ last but not least the manager is the nicer person you’ll come across happy to help what ever the problem and will make a point in speaking when passing with a smile on his face ?

Great pools, next to beach, staff are lovely, manager very friendly and was very helpful and food is very wide ranged , would definitely stay here again!nDidn’t have any problems with anything but anything we needed was sorted out by the manager straight away. There is entertainment on every day which is great for the kids.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, plenty of things to do in the area great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great hotel, worth a visit. We showed up on day one and checked in, the key wouldnt work for the door and there was an issue with our TV and Sink. We spoke to reception and the Manager came to our room, we had to go out and by the time we got back everything was fixed and working perfectly. All the staff are friendly and very efficient. A special mention to Alexander who is the manager, he was lovely and has exceptional customer service. There is plenty of food options even for picky eaters. The two pool areas are well kept and maintained. Overall we are having a wonderful holiday.

This was my second time in Bulgaria and the first at this Hotel,nFrom the start it was a great experience ,Checking in was really quick and hassle free.nMy room was really clean and spacious and the Towel arranging was novel to me, also the Mini Fridge had a supply of bottled water.nnThere are a few restaurants in the Hotel included in the price is one Ala Carte meal per stay (booking depended on demand).nThe food was plentiful and a very good variety always something to choose from.nnThe Bars were very good and the staff were usually quick and efficient when serving you.A special mention goes to the Barman at the Food Court who always had a cheery disposition and a great memory for faces and drink orders.nnThe Food Court itself was very well run with areas to get Ice Creams, Cold Foods and Hot dogs as well as Burgers etc.nnThere are 2 pool areas in the Hotel a quieter one for the grown ups as well as the childrens area.nnThe Hotel is in a very good location with several shops in close proximity to it, Also the Land Train to Sunny Beach for 6Lev picks up right outside the Hotel.nIf you want to go to Old Nesebar the Land Train is approx 150 metres from the Hotel and at 6lev (around £3) each way is very good value.nnAll in all a very good Hotel and the staff make you feel welcome.nnA tip for first timers is not to use the Blue and Yellow ATMs that are dotted around as the exchange rate is abysmal.nnIm eagerly awaiting my next stay at this Hotel in May 2024n

I was very sceptical to go based on the reviews I read before we went but honestly I was blown away. Remembering that this is a 3.5* hotel and not a 5* hotel, I can’t complain about anything. The food was lovely with lots of choice throughout the whole day, the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool area was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful. nI can imagine in the school holidays it is a bit chaotic but that’s to be expected when there’s so many people going at the same time. It was fairy busy even for mid-late September and if you want to get a good spot by the pool you need to get up early but that didn’t bother us. nHonestly we have stayed in 4* & 5* Hotels which aren’t as good as this hotel. I was sad to leave and we can not wait to go back next year!!

Stay was awesome! Hotel looks beautifully as from inside as from outside. The staff is really nice and always willing to help with anything you need. High professionality. Cuisine is just delicious! Everyday there are different themes they are preparing food accordingly. You never eat the same food twice. Rooms are clean and always perfectly clean up everyday. Bars are almost around every corner and available most of the time. To summarize, recommended 10/10. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Amazing experience during our vacation. First of all I would like to appreciate the kindness of all employees and the Manager of hotel especially. Always smiling and communicative, ready to help you. The food here is really unique. Each day is another type of amazing cuizine and it’s really delicious. Bartenders are preparing tasty drinks according to your wish. The rooms are always clean and waiting for you with the new towells. Beds are really comfy. You can use 2 outside pools and one is inside with warm water if you think the water outside is too cold. I fully recommend to buy ultra all inclusive. You can eat and drink all day. The hotel is really beautiful. No negatives at all.

First time we have visited the hotel and will not be the last… food was amazing, hotel and in particular the general manager could not do enough for us, felt comfortable, safe and well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, location is good for family vacations as its not so much in the business of the center. Food variety is amazing and very delicious. Staff is friendly and the hotel + rooms are maintained very clean! We will most certainly come back again next summer.

The imperial resort is a beautiful hotel clean and tidy with easy access to sunny beach strip the hotel staff and the hotel manager are great and will assist you with anything you require during your stay here we have spoken to the hotel manager a few times during our stay and hes always help us out with any problems we may have hes a really nice man, the cleaners at the hotel are very friendly and also do a very good job of cleaning your room daily we will surely be coming back again thank you imperial resort staff n

So before we all go on holiday we all look at reviews and before we came we saw a review about a towel scam and racism, read the review, all I can say is what a load of rubbish and theres always 2 sides to a story.THE HOTEL...entrance just takes your breath away and probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in.The cleaners are always sweeping up and cleaning from Morning till late. nLOBBY BAR....unlimited drinks all day till late but the man on here does not know how to smile but he is the only 1..nSPA...Warm pool and jacuzzi for you to use whenever, also you can book massages etc.nDOWNSTAIRS RESTAURANT...Spotless with avast variety of food hot and cold (something for everyone) They even have a child area with loads of kids food plus jars of baby food.If the food is not hot enough for you then stick it in the microwave.It does get busy in high season but the staff are always clearing away dishes and resetting the tables.Theres also unlimited beer pumps and red/white wine pumps with a drinks machine that has everything from fresh orange to waters and juices..nAs it was busy the Manager opened the restaurant upstairs.we went to this and it was lovely and had everything that you have on the ground floor but does not do fried eggs ect there..nROOMS...Fantastic big comfy bed with sheets or spare duvets in the wardrobe..Aircon is great..There is a few English TV channels including a music channel..The room is spotless with a lovely large shower.(could do with a few hooks in the shower to hang your scrunchy ect or put your gels on but not an issue..we were given clean towel probably 5 days out of the 7 and the bedding was changed once which is good as who changes there bedding everyday at home.Lovely balcony with table and chairs and a towel rack..Could not fault the room at all as plenty of storage..Only issue we had was that there was 2 small towels which 1 was used as a hand towel and the other to stand on when finished in the shower and 2 towels for drying yourself (1 each) they were not the biggest towels and could have done with a spare as when you wash long thick hair you need a towel for your hair.I did ask the cleaner but she did not understand me but was not a massive problem..If you like a cup of tea in the morning then you will have to bring a small travel kettle as we did..the fridge is a good size..We just used a few cups from restaurant for our room.nPOOL AREA....2 outside pools. very clean pools and they wash the beds down everymorning as they are wipeable but water gets in the seams so your towel can get wet.(we just put a bin liner over the seam).Not the comfiest of beds but plenty of them..nOUTSIDE EATING AREA...Fantastic area with loads of tables and chairs with places you can get unlimited ice-cream, hotfresh donuts and biscuits etc..nTheres a part that has unlimited pizzas, burgers,chips, veg,salad and fruit etc which they are always filling up.And an outside bar which the lovely guy Jordan who works so so hard all day everyday with a big smile.The cleaners again are always cleaning in this area all day and night..nENTERTAINMENT...The Staff work very hard and are lovely but the entertainment at night was not the best.nAL LA CARTE (FREE MEAL)..we had the Asian meal in the lovely very clean restaurant,lovely staff.Meal was delicious.nTHE STAFF...The Manager is such a lovely man who will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and he is all fpr his staff which is good.nANDREAS on reception is 1of the best and speaks good English.We had an issue on our 1st day with no water in our room due to a broken pipe when we told him he was so Apologetic and said they are fixing it as we speak a few hours later it was all sorted and when we got to our room a knock on the door with a plate full of fresh fruit saying sorry for the inconvenience. the day before we were leaving we asked Andreas about being out our room at 12 as we were not getting picked up till 6 and was there somewhere for us to shower he said leave it with me..He came back an hour later and said we can stay in our room till we are ready to leave amd This ment we could leave our cases in the room and stay by the pool the use the shower when ready.We also still had our bands on which ment we could still eat and drink...Treat everyone as you wish to be treated and you will be fine.nWe walked 3 x to sunny beach town via the beach taking our time which took us approx 40 mins..nBuses at the end across from the Hospital ..side of the Hospital bus will take you to Nessebar...nAcross from the hospital bus will take you to sunny beach town.nAll fares are just 2 lev..buses can get busy and also keep your bag close to you as we heard there are pick pockets.n

Still here but leaving today after a fabulous stay at Imperial resort Burgas, Bulgaria.nWe’ve had the BEST time and quite honestly are baffled by any of the negative reviews. We really couldn’t fault it. We can’t understand how our experience can differ so widely with the reviews we read before we came. We are well travelled and know a good hotel. I encourage everyone to come here. nnThe staff on the whole are friendly and will do anything to make your stay wonderful. Food is great, we especially enjoyed the upstairs restaurant. The al a carte restaurant was an extra bonus. we chose the Asian night. You can chose between that and Mediterranean cuisine. nnThe hotel is spotlessnRooms are cleaned daily, bedding changed a couple of times on our week long holiday., clean towels every day. nnLovely greetings from the cleaning staff who are always happy to say good morning.with a smile.nnThere was a burst pipe one day ( things happen) so we had no water for a few hours but this was sorted quickly We were kept up to date and offered a room to shower if it couldn’t be fixed.They did manage to fix it and we weren’t inconvenienced at all.nWe received a fruit platter later that day with an ‘apologies for the inconvenience’ note . That was really sweet of them.nnYes there were some children and it was a bit ‘lively’ around the children’s splash part of the pool. But that’s what kids do. We found a quieter spot in the other pool area. nnThe staff work tirelessly and keep the hotel running like a well oiled ship. nnWill we come back? We believed his explanation and saw for ourselves there were valid reasons that previous guests were charged for lost towels. nnRead the reviews by all means but make your own minds up , we are all not ever going to agree on everything.nnSpecial thanks especially to Andreas on reception and to Jordan who works in the outside bar, he’s hilarious with his little quips.nnSee you again soon team imperial Resort ?

Came to Bulgaria solo and delighted with the choice of hotel I picked Imperial Resort a call above. Friendly staff food, premium drinks in lobby with great choice of spirits it was amazing and above all it was so clean. Couldnt rate it highly enough. Ill be definitely coming back next year.

A wonderful place for rest and entertainment, friendly staff, clean rooms, varied and delicious food! The view from the room is breathtaking. There is something interesting for everyone, you wont get bored. I recommend it and would visit again and again!

Great hotel rooms cleaned every day.nFood was Excellent nThe Barman outside was fantastic remembers everyone’s drink. Gave him a well deserved tip.nWe will definitely be returning next year.nIf you fancy a full English Breakfast the John smiths pub around the corner does a good one.

Best all inclusive experience ever! The hotel was beautiful and very well kept! The staff was so unbelievably kind! They remembered all the guests and their needs. The bartender outside was awesome and knew everyone’s drinks by heart. The food was DELICIOUS as well. Overall, a 10/10 experience and definitely will be coming back!

We had a fantastic vacation. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean with fresh towels. Food was delicious! There was something for everyone and every day. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable family vacation. We will definitely comeback.

I had the best stay at the Imperial Resort! The food was impeccable, the drinks were delicious, the service was amazing, and it was a beautiful location. The rooms were always clean and the staff was cleaning inside and out 24/7. I would definitely book another stay at this resort.

I had such a nice stay at this resort! The bartender outside was the friendliest person ever and he was always so kind and attentive. All of the staff was very kind. The food was delicious in the restaurants and in the snack bar. There are so many things to do on the resort and it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back!

I recommend this hotel to each and every person who wants to experience their family dream holiday! Super attentive staff, especially the manager Dessie - super charming, friendly and attentive, everything we contacted her for, she always made sure to do it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Thought she was British before she told me that she’s from this region ? Also, also Dimiter and Stella were lovely, I just wish that the other manager, her name starts with S, but I cannot remember it, she was very moody and gloomy, maybe she can smile a little? The food is great, we adored the Greek dinner and the food at the alacarte. The drinks were good and we also appreciated that the barmen made all sorts of drinks. The rooms were kept clean, the hotel overall is spotless, although I was left with a negative impression by the chambermaids who were there at night, all of them, especially the one with the glasses, spent a good portion of their time at work scrolling on their phones. Looked like some phone obsessed teens when they are literally older than me. Doesn’t the Housekeeping manager see thar? The rules and policies of the hotel are all very reasonable and they were crucial to us having a great time there - the staff took the towels of the people who against the rules reserved sun beds with towels. The hotel offers a safety deposit box free of charge, obviously wonderful. There were no queues, things are moving fast there. The Wi-Fi is good. The animation team gives their hearts and souls for the guests. I would definitely come back, HI Hotels Imperial Resort!

Overall, we had a superb stay, the room was kept clean and the food was great. The cocktails were awesome, so was the bartender at the lobby bar. The receptionists, Dimiter was lovely and the reception’s manager Dessie was friendly, helpful, pretty much the perfect professional. They have three pools which is obviously well appreciated. The last day they even offered for us to stay for lunch, super nice people.

Our stay at HI Hotels Imperial Resort was absolutely wonderful. At the check-in and during all interactions, the receptionists were super helpful and friendly. Not all of them speak English fluently, in fact, some members of the management, especially the manager of the reception, have a hard time speaking English. On the other hand, Dessie, the Guest Relations Manager was absolutely brilliant, the star of the hotel, I hope the hotels owners know that they have won the lottery with her. While some of her colleagues do not speak English very well, she speaks bettter than some Brits! Also, Chris, at the reception, was so sweet Andrew too, Dimi was very charming and helpful. There was this sweet girl at the Lobby Bar, across the reception, Stanislava was great. The food was warm, delicious and there was a good variety. We really enjoyed the Greek and Arabic themed dinners. Our room was always super clean and the hotel, in general, was spotless. The coffee, unlike in most hotels, was astonishing! The location of the hotel itself is super nice, the beach is very close and they offer a discount for the beach package, as well. The animation team was also lovely, they elevated our spirit and made for an even better experience. Honestly, I cannot wait for the next summer to come, so that I can come back.

The hotel was lovely, so clean. Entertainment team were brilliant so friendly my kids loved them! Did fantastic shows to! Bar staff were great especially the one at outside bar that started at ten morning until midnight he was fantastic did my kids mocktails brought us drinks over, couldn’t done anymore for us he was brilliant defiently be coming back next year it was a lovely holiday just wish the water was bit warmer gutted didn’t go in pool the water to cold 🙁 nice weather but I wont hit enuf to need really cold water like I do in turkey lol

We had a great time at the hotel! The hotel is great for people with kids! The animation team was wonderful. The food is excellent! The rooms were really nice, spacious, modern and always kept clean.

This is the best holiday I have ever had! We had such a great time, the hotel is super accommodating to families with children. The beach and the pools are great. They have multiple bars that offer good drinks, also the best Snack Bar I have ever seen! The food is fresh, warm and nutritious. They are many options, for vegetarians and vegans as well! Totally recommend!

Wonderful stay at Imperial Resort! I was there with my family and will absolutely return! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and modern. The beach was great, there was super organisation. The entertainment too was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot.

We had a wonderful time at Imperial Resort! We loved the restaurant as there was a lot of variety. There were many themed dinners. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were super professional, constantly smiling.
